I've had one of those days. 


You know those days where maybe you haven't heard from your mother in a while. 
Where maybe someone's decided to tell you what they don't particularly like about you. 
A day where that disagreement with that neighbour is kinda digging at you a little more. 
When maybe you've had to take some action with a child who's stirring the family dynamic a little. 


I've had one of those days. 


And what have I realised? 


Sometimes you just need to let it go. 
Sometimes it's not you. 
Sometimes you don't need to analyze everything because it's not really worth analyzing. 

Just. Let. It. Go.
